Are your quotes, invoices or newsletters ending up in spam? With the free email check, we find out where it goes wrong. We check how your domain proves your email is genuine, test where it lands at Gmail and Outlook and review your list and your content. You receive a clear report with the causes and fixes in order of priority. That way your email reaches the people who are waiting for it again.
Since November 2025, Gmail has been rejecting more mail that breaks the sending rules. Outlook has done so for large senders since May 2025. That is why the check covers 7 fixed points, from your domain to your unsubscribe link.
Mail providers first check whether an email really comes from your domain. They do this with three authentication checks in your domain settings: SPF, DKIM and DMARC. Together they tell providers who may email on your behalf and what happens to forged email. We check whether all three are correct, including for services that email on your behalf.
A server that checks out
The server that sends your email counts too. We check whether it identifies itself properly with your domain name, whether the connection is encrypted and whether your domain or server is on a blocklist. That way you know whether the problem lies in your settings or with your sender.
Where does your email land?
You send an ordinary email from your own system to our test addresses at Gmail, Outlook and other major providers. We see straight away whether it lands in the inbox, in Promotions or in spam. That way you know in black and white where you stand, per provider.
A clean address list
Old addresses, typos and readers who never open drag your reputation down. We look at how your list was built, how many emails bounce and whether everyone gave consent. You remove addresses that keep bouncing, as Gmail itself recommends.
One-click unsubscribe
A visible unsubscribe link saves spam complaints. If you send large volumes, Gmail also requires one-click unsubscribe from within the inbox itself. We test whether that works and whether an unsubscribe is processed within 48 hours, as Gmail recommends.
Content that builds trust
The email itself counts too. We look at your subject line, your sender name, the ratio of text to images and every link. A link via an unknown address or a sender name that keeps changing raises suspicion with filters. That way your email looks like what it is: a message from a business your reader knows.
Fix plan in order of priority
You get the outcome as a short report in plain language, with the most serious cause at the top and the fix for each point. Dominic walks you through it. If you want to handle it yourself, you can. Otherwise we take care of the fix.

"Email in spam means a conversation that never starts. The cause often lies in a few settings, which are easy to fix."
Gmail and Outlook test every email for authenticity, reputation and reader responses. A single missing setting can send all your email to spam, from quotes to newsletters. The free check shows where the problem lies. We built our own sending system, so we know these rules from practice.
