Let's talk about Vibe Marketing. What is it? Simply put, it is a smart way to use AI for all those repetitive marketing tasks you would rather not do.

Think about it this way.

Why would you waste your time on dull, monotonous chores? Your focus belongs on strategy, creativity and finding new ways to grow your business. The last thing you want is to put your talented people on simple work that a machine can do just as well.

Because that costs you a lot of money for nothing.

It's now or never. No coding skills required.

Illustration of marketing work being taken over by a machine

‍
These days AI is more than good enough for a whole range of marketing tasks. It can't do everything, but it can do a lot. And the best part:

  • You don't need to know how to code.
  • You don't need to be a developer either.
  • The costs are minimal. You can simply use existing tools, literally with 'drag and drop'.

The key to success in this AI world is not AI alone.

Nor is it people alone.

It is M+AI: people combined with AI. When people and machines work together, that is when you see the best results.

The goal is simple: it has to increase your revenue and profit. When I'm at events or networking drinks and ask who uses AI, almost everyone raises their hand. When I boldly ask whether it actually brings in more revenue, I get very few convincing answers.

Today I want to change that, together with you.

An eye on the future with Agent Kit

Illustration of looking ahead with AI agents

We are not going to pretend AI has no impact. On the one hand, jobs will disappear. On the other, AI will also create completely new jobs that we cannot yet imagine.

A perfect example of that future is the new 'Agent Kit' from OpenAI. It is a complete toolkit that lets you visually build your own AI assistants ('agents') and design processes. This is a huge step forward that shows where we are heading: AI is becoming an accessible and indispensable colleague.

Automation accelerates your marketing exponentially

Let's talk about marketing at full throttle.

With a few smart AI automations, you can accelerate your marketing exponentially. I'll show you exactly how.

First, this. SAP researched how many marketers want to use workflow automation or already do. The result? No less than 96%.

Yet a similar percentage is still working out how to use automation efficiently.

How AI scores on eight areas of marketing work. Eight areas, each scored out of 10 with a short explanation
ComponentScore out of 10Explanation
Accuracy / Reliability5.9Occasionally invents or misreads, needs human oversight.
Cut Redundancy7.2Helps consolidate overlapping efforts or workflows.
Efficiency Gains9.1Automates repetitive marketing tasks, saves time.
Creativity6.2Helps unblock ideas, but originality depends heavily on human refinement.
Fill Gaps7.8Mostly useful for 'first drafts' or brainstorming.
Collaboration Fit4.8Often seen as a solo tool. Still finding its place in team workflows.
Reduce Stress6.5Mixed results. Stress only drops when output quality stays high.
Productivity8.4Teams deliver more, faster. Especially with templates and 'agent chains'.

And that is exactly where your huge opportunity lies. If you embrace this, you not only save time, you also become more efficient and grow faster. And I am not talking about going from 6 to 3 hours of work a day. I am talking about those three hours of dull, repetitive tasks that you can now spend on strategy and creativity that move your business forward.

Most people say they don't do it because they "don't know how" or "because it's difficult". And yes, AI isn't perfect.

But the fact is, it is getting better literally every week.

Manual marketing versus automation

A September 2025 survey of 200 decision-makers in B2B even shows that 88% lost deals because their team still works manually. This is the moment to get on board. The companies already automating are crushing the competition.

Make sure you are one of them.

The longer you wait to adapt, the faster your competition grows and the harder it becomes to catch up. With AI, their lead grows exponentially. You cannot afford to wait a year.

Your personal assessment

A quick check. ‍‍

Key as an image for the road to success

‍
Take a moment to think about the following three questions. They help you discover where your biggest opportunities for automation lie.

  1. What is your main marketing goal? Is it lead generation, conversion, brand awareness or growth?
  2. Which channel delivers the most results? Is it email, social media, SEO, content or something else?
  3. Which automation tools are you using right now?

Keep these answers in mind. They will show you straight away where to start with your own AI assistants.

1: Video ads on the assembly line

Imagine you see a competitor's brilliant ad and think: "I want that too, but for my brand." With automation you can have it, in literally a few seconds.

Tools such as N8n, Zapier and Agent Kit help you analyse any successful ad and turn it straight into a script for your own business, in your own style.

It works in 3 simple steps

One process combines different AI tools to do the work for you.

Step 1: 'steal' the ad. We start with the Facebook Ad Library. You take the unique ID of an ad that inspires you. A 'scraper' tool then automatically downloads the video for you.

Facebook Ad Library showing running ads

Step 2: the AI watches and analyses.
We send the video to an AI model (such as Gemini). This model watches the video and understands what is happening. We give the AI a specific instruction:

"Analyse this video. Describe the hooks they use, the detailed storyline, the emotions and the tone."

The result? The AI breaks down the complete psychological and rhetorical structure of the ad. Even if the video is in Portuguese, the AI understands the message perfectly.

AI analysing the rhetorical structure of a text

Step 3: the AI rewrites the script for you.
A final AI assistant takes this in-depth analysis and is given the instruction:

"Now rewrite this concept into a completely new script for [Your Business Name], aimed at [Your Target Audience]."

Rewriting a video script with the help of AI

Take the search engine specialist as an example. Where the original video was about a man who forgot to launch a marketing campaign, the AI created a new scenario. A marketing manager, Evelien, panics about a product launch. Her colleague Rob reassures her: "Relax, Evelien. The AI from the search engine specialist has already sorted it for us."

The result: a complete, tailor-made ad script in seconds.

What is your next step?

Happy with the script? Great. Then it is time to test it. Use a simple video tool to make a few quick versions of the scenes. Run a small, cheap campaign to see whether the video lands and drives engagement.

Is the test a success? Then you know you have a winner on your hands and you can invest in a professional, high-end video production.

2: VEO 3 and SORA 2, from script to video

We now have an AI-generated script. The next logical step is to bring this script to life. And here too, we are going to put AI to work.

AI video generation beats Hollywood

There are many AI video tools. At the time of writing (October 2025), VEO 3 and Sora 2 were among the absolute best. The quality is impressive and the videos need very little editing afterwards. Please note that OpenAI discontinued Sora in 2026. The app closed on 26 April 2026, the API on 24 September 2026.

Based on the script we just created, I generated a few test videos. The result is stunning. Even the voice-over sounds professional and convincing. In a few minutes you can test different actors, scenes and angles without spending a single euro on production costs.

In the example, you see how the AI creates different short videos based on the script about the marketing campaign. You see different actors and settings, all with professional voice-overs.

Expanding your own creativity with AI

It goes beyond converting scripts. You can also give the AI a creative brief directly.

A few example prompts:

  • "Make an 8-second commercial for cat food, opening in slow motion."
  • "Make a fast, punchy video for a roofing company about leaks."
  • "Generate a video of a hot, steaming pizza with melted cheese."

The quality you get back is now so good that you can use these videos straight away in quick social media campaigns to test ideas.

Your action plan: start experimenting

The message is simple: get started with this. Go to a platform that integrates these tools, play around with them and see what they can do for your campaigns.

This technology is evolving at lightning speed. By starting to experiment now, you build a lead that competitors in your industry can no longer close.

3: Irresistible outbound

Let's talk about a channel that has always been tricky for many B2B companies: cold outreach (outbound). Thanks to AI, it is now suddenly super efficient and effective.

We built a workflow (inspired by the work of Jono Alderson and well-known YouTubers) that automates this process for you.

A total game changer.

How it works: from cold list to warm conversation in 4 steps

Say you are a marketing agency and you want to reach every plumber in Breda. Here is how you go about it:

Step 1: collect the data. We 'scrape' an online business directory (such as Google Maps or Gouden Gids, the Dutch Yellow Pages) and pull the basic details of every plumber in Breda.

Gouden Gids, the Dutch Yellow Pages, as an image of old-school advertising

Step 2: the AI as detective.
Next, we feed this info (website, name, etc.) to an AI model such as Perplexity. The AI acts as a detective: it analyses the specific business and builds a unique profile.

AI as a detective building a persona

Step 3: create a personal gift.
We send this profile to Google Gemini with the instruction:

"Create a mini content calendar for this specific plumbing business. Come up with three concrete social media posts for them and use Google Gemini to make the matching images."

Mini content calendar with posts per day

‍

Step 4: the smart outreach. Finally, you send an automated yet hyper-personal email to the plumber with this tailor-made gift. Completely free.

Illustration of smart outreach to prospects

‍

The result is a valuable conversation, not a sales pitch

Instead of a cold, generic sales pitch, you start a warm conversation, because you have given immense value up front without asking for anything in return. The chance that this prospect wants to schedule a call with you is now exponentially higher.

This used to be unthinkable at scale. Now it takes a single click. Get in touch and ask about the workflow.

4: Smart lead enrichment with automation

Every B2B company knows the problem: leads come in, but which ones are worth your time? Salespeople often ignore leads that look like 'junk' at first glance. The result? By the end of the year, you are guaranteed to have left golden opportunities on the table.

Lead enrichment is the solution. It is an old technique, but the new possibilities of AI have turned it into an absolute game changer.

Your analyst who scores leads for you

The idea is simple: before you follow up a lead, you let a robot do the groundwork. This not only saves you time, it also makes sure you focus on the leads with the highest potential.

How it works:

  1. Define your ideal customer profile: specify exactly what a perfect customer looks like for you. Is it a local or a national business? E-commerce or services?

  2. Build a smart 'scraper': you create an AI agent with a detailed instruction (a prompt). This agent visits the website of every new lead and analyses it against your criteria.

  3. Get an automatic score: the AI gives each lead a score, for example from 1 to 5, across different areas.
Illustration of enriching leads and automating the process

‍

A real-world example for us as an agency: we want to know how 'mature' a lead is in terms of marketing. Our AI scraper analyses the website and gives a score for:

  • SEO maturity: average position across all keywords? Do they have quality content?
Model showing the maturity stages of SEO

‍

  • Paid Media: Are tracking pixels from different platforms installed? Do they use UTM tags?
    ‍
Illustration of paid advertising online

‍

  • Email marketing: is a clear strategy visible?

The AI gives not only a score, but also the reasoning behind that score.

The result is a smarter sales team

Your sales team no longer has to guess. They see at a glance:

  • "This lead scores a 4 on SEO, there is a direct opportunity here."
  • "This lead scores a 1 on everything. This is an easy sale, because they are starting from zero."

‍

Important: take the time to set this up properly. It takes a few hours at the start to build the perfect prompt and scraper. That investment pays for itself many times over in the long run. A sloppy setup delivers nothing and wastes your time.

Do it right and you have an automated system that makes sure you never miss a golden opportunity again.

5: Copy these 3 automations for paid advertising

Let's make it really concrete now. Here are a few automations you can adopt straight away, especially if you run ads. Just ask about them.

1. The daily ad update on your phone

Spending hours manually building reports on your Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) is a thing of the past. With this simple workflow, you automatically get an update on your phone (via Telegram) and in your inbox every morning.

How it works: an AI robot logs into your ad account, pulls the key metrics (spend, CPA, conversions) and sends you a clear, concise overview. Within minutes, you are fully up to speed on how your top campaigns are performing.

This is a huge time saver. It also lets you adjust course straight away when needed.

Daily update of your ad campaigns

‍

2. The smart budget warden

Say goodbye to campaigns that unexpectedly go offline because the budget ran too low, or ad sets that accidentally spend far too much. This automation is your financial watchdog.

How it works: every few hours, an AI robot checks your ad account for two things:

  1. Is there still enough balance? If not, you (and your team) get an alert straight away.
  2. Is spending running too fast? If a campaign suddenly burns through budget much faster than normal, you get a warning.

This prevents the two biggest (and most expensive) headaches of any advertiser.

Illustration of a smart guard watching over your budget

3. The creative analysis robot (recommended)

This automation is brilliant for optimising your ads. It shows you what really works (and what does not).

How it works: every week, an AI robot analyses the performance of all your ad creatives.

  1. Top 5 winners: the robot picks the 5 best-performing ads. An AI model (such as Gemini) then analyses these videos or images to find out what they have in common. Which hooks, visuals and messages drive success?

  2. Top 5 losers: the same happens for the 5 worst-performing ads. Which elements should you avoid in future?
Illustration of winners and losers in advertising

The result? You get concrete, data-driven insight into which creative elements to repeat and which to drop.

6: Google Maps as a helper for local prospecting

We're almost there, we're almost there, but not quite…

I really have to show you this tool. I was genuinely impressed by it myself, mainly because it makes it super easy to ‘scrape’ information from Google Maps.

Say you run a business and you sell to local business owners. With me so far?

Imagine going through Google Maps business by business. Let's say you target hairdressers in Breda and go salon by salon, noting down their phone numbers and calling them to sell your services.

With this tool, you build a complete list in one go. Later you can even connect an AI caller that does the work for you. (Do check with your compliance team whether that is allowed. The scraping itself is fairly safe either way.)

Personally, I have yet to see a successful case with an AI caller, though we do have a successful case with email. Here too, ask about the workflow.

7. Your own SEO competitor analysis

Now I want to show you something we are still actively experimenting with ourselves, it is almost too valuable to share. Because if you run a business, you will probably want to do this too.

This is strategic competitor analysis with AI.

How it works: your AI as a spy

What you are essentially doing is instructing a combination of AI models (such as Claude) to analyse the complete online profile of your competitors. The AI pulls data from their social media, their website, everything that is publicly available. It then gathers that data, reasons over it and gives you a rock-solid analysis compared with your own business.

By the way, I use a different AI here to generate this beautiful, visual presentation of the analysis.

Data analysis as the basis for brand positioning

A real-world example:
I took two SaaS companies from the financial sector. The AI analysed 48 landing pages and four different market segments. And here you see the full analysis on the following metrics:

  • Brand positioning
  • Market focus
  • The technology used (technology stack)
  • Pricing strategy
  • And so on...

The crux: your prompt is everything

To get this level of detail, you really have to work on your prompt (your instruction to the AI), right? Only then does the AI get hold of the right data. The reason we are still working on this is exactly that: refining those prompts. Sometimes you still see the odd 'hallucination' (something the AI makes up).

Put a report like this in front of your management and they are guaranteed to find value in it. It might inspire a new seasonal campaign, or change the way they talk about a product or feature.

So this is extremely useful. And it is all created by AI, directed by you. You give the AI the perfect instruction to find the exact data you need. Very handy for presentations to management and for drawing up a strategic plan.

8: TikTok virals in no time

I want to share this one with you because it is super handy for anyone on social media. If your business has a social media profile, you really should look at this automation.

This workflow uses N8n as the conductor that directs the apps, Apify as the scraping platform, followed by ChatGPT and Google Sheets. Ask about the workflow.

How it works: from noise to relevance

What this automation essentially does is pull information from TikTok, analyse it and qualify it. Only what matters ends up in the spreadsheet. We filter it and clear out the noise of videos that are not worth your attention.

For example, say we search for 'Beauty' in videos from a Dutch audience, with a maximum of 300 items. You can set this up however you like. For the food industry, say, the clothing industry or simply 'SEO', whatever you want.

Next, we filter the results. As soon as we see videos with more than 10,000 views , those are the videos we want to look at. Those are the viral hits. You can come up with your own criteria based on your knowledge of the industry.

The result? You get an overview of the most trending profiles and videos in your industry. You use it to gather fresh inspiration, for your social media and also for your emails and blogs.

We see very often that TikTok is a platform where trends are born. And as soon as there is a trending topic relevant to our industry, it is worth paying attention to. We then also see campaigns improve in terms of engagement.

How to Use TikTok's Features to Make Your Product Go Viral

How to Use TikTok's Features to Make Your Product Go Viral. TikTok is a platform that thrives on trends and virality. Here are some tips on how to use TikTok's features to make your product go viral:

9: Strategic summary and next steps

So, if you look at all those platforms, this paragraph gives you a quick summary of the differences, right?

We are not saying one platform is the best. We have no ties to any of them. These are simply the pros and cons. I thought I would line them up for you, so it is easier to decide which one to choose, based on the size of your business and what you are looking for.

Where is it best to start?

We have given you a whole lot of automations, so where do you start?

Typically, lead generation and nurturing deliver a high ROI in our experience. The same goes for content repurposing and anything to do with abandoned cart recovery and retargeting.

What are the time wasters? Anything to do with complex decision-making or the final creative output. Creativity is subjective, it is never black and white. When you saw the VEO 3 videos at the start of this blog, remember that the internet connection made the quality in the presentation look much worse than it really is.

How do you measure the success of AI automation?

When you think about the ROI of AI, there are four essential metrics to keep in mind:

  1. Time savings
  2. Revenue growth
  3. Cost savings
  4. Productivity gains

Look closely and all four fall into two categories: making money or saving money. That's it. That is what you should focus on with AI. Because if you cannot make money with it, you want to use it to save money.

How do you convince your boss?

And if you have a boss who says: "Well, I don't know... Where's the proof? Why should I invest in this?" Then think about how you build your business case.

  1. Try it yourself, then show it: test a few of these automations on your own. Show concretely how much more efficient you have become.

  2. Point out the risk: the biggest risk is standing still. Explain that competitors who do use AI grow exponentially faster and that the gap becomes impossible to close.

  3. Make a concrete proposal: once you have shown a few small wins, draw up a clear plan. How much money do you need, how long will it take, what are you going to automate and what are the expected results?
    ‍

We recommend trying a few things on your own first, then showing them to your boss and taking it from there. We know from experience that this makes acceptance much easier.

Frequently asked questions about Vibe Marketing & AI Automation (FAQ)

Q: This sounds complex and technical. Do I need coding skills or a development team to build these AI assistants?

A: Absolutely not, and that is exactly the revolution. Modern AI tools are ready to use and work with visual 'drag and drop' interfaces. It is not about programming, it is about directing. Your role is that of the strategist who smartly connects existing tools such as ChatGPT, n8n and Zapier. The focus is on the M+AI-based approach: your human creativity and strategy, combined with the executing power of the machine.

Q: You share lots of examples, from ad scripts to lead enrichment. What is the best starting point for the highest and fastest ROI?

A: A great question. While the possibilities are endless, the rule of thumb is simple: start where the friction is greatest and the value highest. Practice shows that B2B prospecting automation (such as the hyper-personalised outreach) and smart lead enrichment deliver the fastest ROI. These are processes where every euro and minute invested translates directly into warmer leads and a more efficient sales team, because you never miss a golden opportunity again.

Q: My boss is sceptical and sees AI as hype. How do I build a convincing business case that goes beyond 'saving time'?

A: Sell results, not tools. The key is to focus the business case on the only two things that count: making money or saving money. Follow these three steps.

  1. Start small, prove big: Implement one simple automation yourself, such as the daily ad update. Show concretely how much time it saves and how it leads to faster, better decisions.

  2. Stress the risk of standing still: Explain that competitors who do automate are building an exponential lead. The gap grows every month and becomes harder to close.

  3. Make a concrete proposal: Present a clear plan with the expected ROI, based on your first success. That way you sell a concrete plan for cost savings and revenue growth instead of a vague promise.

Conclusion

The era of monotonous marketing work is over. The only question is whether you act now or watch the competition grow exponentially. Your focus needs to shift to M+AI: combining human strategy with machine power. Start right away with the proven workflows for acquisition and lead enrichment. Need help setting it up?
